For four years SCHILD, in collaboration with TEXAID, has already been providing a convenient option for handing in used textiles in all fashion stores.

Used textiles can be left in the TEXAID recycling box to then be sent onward for ecologically responsible recycling. In return for the collected clothes, SCHILD receives a contribution from TEXAID and passes this on as a subsidy to the children’s relief organization Terre des hommes. This supports the «Reise ins Leben» ("Journey into Life") project. This gives sick children the opportunity to have an operation in Switzerland to significantly improve their quality of life.
