By selling the textiles, TEXAID generates funds for charitable organizations. Money that is used for social projects at home and abroad.

The Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is one of TEXAID’s six founding relief organizations and receives annual payments which it uses for charitable purposes. This allows the SRC to co-finance projects such as the social fund for poor families in Laos. The fund covers healthcare costs including treatment, medication and transport for the most needy.
