TEXAID turns cotton or cotton mixed fabric textiles that are no longer wearable or slightly damaged into high-quality cleaning cloths.

This is done in the company's own sorting facility using processes and systems specially designed to conserve resources. Hooks, buttons and eyelets are removed from the sorted textiles in accordance with DIN 61650 before the items are cut to size.

The cleaning cloths made from used textiles are utilised in sectors including the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. This conserves valuable raw materials and protects the environment.
